THE ENTRY TICKET IS VALID FOR 1 PERSON, ONE VISIT.

Entrance gives access to the castle, the gardens, the chapel, the bird of prey demonstration from 8 February 2025 to 4 January 2026 (closed the 25 December and 1st January) and to all other activities depending on the season.

Your e-ticket is not skip-the-line (except july and august : from 7 July to 31 August 2025), you must wait in the queue to have your tickets scanned at the ticket office checkpoints (box 1 or 2). Thank you for your understanding.

Non-exchangeable, no-refundable, ticket valid for 1 yeat (you must mention a date which allows you to validate your ticket but which is not necessarily the date of your visit.

Purchasing a ticket does not give you automatic access to the children's workshop (limited places). For our children's workshops, reservation at 05.53.59.31.21.

The children’s tariff covers ages 5yrs to 16yrs inclusive. Admission is free for children under 5yrs of age and for disabled children.

We are having problems with payments with foreign cards. If you cannot buy your tickets online, you can buy them directly on site. Thank you for your understanding. Do not purchase your tickets while in the queue in front of the chateau (activation of the tickets may take some minutes, at the end you'll wait anyway).

WARNING ! ANIMALS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Inside the castle : strollers not allowed, use a baby carrier.

Arrive 5 minutes before your session time. You will be greeted directly by your Game Master at the castle gate.

The escape game is a service separate from the visit to the castle, the gardens, the chapel and the bird of prey show. If you wish to visit the rest of the area, before or after your session, you will have to pay the entrance fee (on site [please indicate to the Game Master] or via our online ticket office).
